- My Name is Andrea and I contacted Christina for help with my health and nutrition. I underwent thyroid surgery on January 28th removing half of my thyroid due to cancerous nodules. After going through the surgery my doctors waited to put me on medication and my thyroid was under active and so was I. I had gained close to 20lbs, my clothes didn’t fit me anymore and I hated the way I looked and most of all the way I felt. I was extremely tired, I had no inspiration and the only motivation I had was to contact Christina for help. Christina’s program was very detailed on what foods to eat and what not to eat during this time. I got off of gluten, refined sugar and dairy. I always felt gluten and dairy didn’t agree with me, but after kicking it for a month and getting it out of my system a realized it truly does not agree with me and was making me sick. Now my body can now tell me why it isn’t feeling well after eliminating toxic foods from my everyday life. After 28 days I lost 5 lbs and 6.5” throughout my entire body. I have continued to heed Christina’s nutrition advice and apply it to my everyday life. In 60 days I lost a total of 12 lbs and 8” throughout my entire body. Going strong for my 18 lbs weight loss goal.
This reset program is exactly what I needed to get me going strong. I’ve been able to change my entire mind set with food and nutrition. I see food as fuel and I am eating to live not living to eat. Despite the fact that my thyroid is still under active this is the best I have ever felt. I would never know that my thyroid isn’t working at its fullest capacity.
I can think clearly and I have so much energy to exercise and live my life again. I am so grateful I took this leap and called Christina. Her knowledge, advice, her strength and support is absolutely priceless.

I have not only lost weight and gotten healthier. I have an all new perspective on health and nutrition altogether because of Christina. I learned that I don’t have to completely change what I eat but make small changes and that I don’t have to push myself so much in the gym. I have lost over 12lbs still eating the foods that I love and moderately working out. Christina has shown me that I do not have to stick to some strict diet and I don’t have to dread working out. Christina has been an amazing help to me on my journey to get fit and healthy. She is constantly giving me advice on foods to eat that will give me the vitamins and nutrients my body needs. She shares different recipes using whole foods that I never would have thought to try. Christina has also encouraged me in my fitness and workout routine. I've been working with Christina for nutrition consulting and have to say that it's been an amazing 4 month journey! I am so happy with the results I've had from following her plan since late June. It's now October and I feel AMAZING! I've lost almost 40 lbs, feel amazing, have a well rounded diet, my bloodwork has significantly improved and so much more! Meet Christina Lombardo
Christina Lombardo is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist who specializes in trauma and recovery. A holistic nutritionist looks at the whole person instead of only food, for a more well-rounded approach. She has a Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona University and is Certified in Holistic Nutrition and Sports Nutrition. As a trauma survivor and having struggled with alcohol and substance abuse, she noticed a massive hole in the health and wellness industry leading her to make this her focus. She takes her education, life experience, and client expertise, to now teach others some of the best methods to aid in their recovery.
